夹河是烟台的母亲河，夹河水系贯穿福山全域，乡村要振兴，必须做活做好“水”的文章。近年来，福山区与中交、中能建等央企深度合作，投资80亿元实施全域水环境提升项目。项目具有以下三个特点：

　　Jiahe is the mother river of Yantai, whose river system runs through the whole area of Fushan. To revitalize the countryside, "water" is a key issue to work on. In recent years, Fushan District has in-depth cooperation with state enterprises such as China Communications and China Energy Construction, and has invested 8 billion yuan to implement the whole-area water environment improvement project. The project has the following three characteristics:

　　一是突出以水为“脉”，实施河域综合治理，撬动乡村振兴支撑点。深入实施全域401公里的生态河道综合治理，系统推进河道清淤疏浚、堤防加固、岸坡绿化，确保水质达标率持续100%。高标准完成136个村居污水改造，统筹推进城乡供水一体化，全面实施农村垃圾集中收集处理、生活污水达标排放，获评“全国村庄清洁行动先进县”。

　　The first is to highlight water as the "vein" of the city, implementing comprehensive river system management, and leveraging the support point of rural revitalization. We will comprehensively improve 401 kilometers of ecological river channels, systematically dredge river channels, strengthen embankments, and green the bank slopes, to ensure that water quality can meet standards 100%. Fushan has completed the sewage renovation of 136 villages with high standards, while coordinating the integration of urban and rural water supply. Fushan implements the centralized collection and treatment of rural garbage, and only discharges domestic sewage that meets the standards, hence being awarded the "Advanced County of National Village Cleaning Action".

　　二是突出以水为“魂”，打造文旅休闲长廊，点燃乡村振兴新动能。高标准打造长11.4公里的夹河生态带，纵贯布局栖鹭洲、咏柳堤、仙影台、琅环谷、桃花源五大分区；加快推进金堆山乡村营地项目建设，打造全市近郊乡村游的黄金目的地。今年以来先后成功举办河畔音乐节、龙舟赛等活动，直接拉动消费1亿元以上。

　　The second is to highlight the water as the "soul" of the city, by creating a cultural tourism leisure corridor, and igniting the new momentum of rural revitalization. The 11.4-kilometer Jiahe Ecological Belt will be laid out with a high standard in five sections: Qiluzhou, Yongliudi, Xianyingtai, Langhuanggu and Taohuayuan. Fushan shall accelerate the construction of Jinduishan rural camp project, and create a destination for rural tourism in the suburbs of the city. Since the beginning of this year, it has successfully held riverside music festival, dragon boat racing and many other activities, directly stimulating consumption of more than 100 million yuan.

　　三是突出以水为“源”，发展高效特色农业，推动乡村振兴全面加速。依托丰富水系，沿河周边建设高标准农田10.9万亩，打造省级现代农业产业园2万亩，获评“中国特色农产品优势区”。创新推广大樱桃树下菇绿色种养新模式，亩均增收3万元以上；积极推动苹果、葡萄、草莓等产业多点开花，果农人均年增收2000元以上。

　　The third is to highlight water as the "source" of the city, by develop efficient and characteristic agriculture, and promoting the all-round acceleration of rural revitalization. Relying on the rich water system, 109,000 mu of high-standard farmland and 20,000 mu of provincial modern agricultural parks have been built around the river, which is awarded the "Advantage Area of Agricultural Products with Chinese Characteristics". Fushan innovates and promotes the new model of “mushroom cultivation under the cherry trees”, adding at least 30,000-yuan income per mu. Multi-development of apple, grape, strawberry and other industries is also promoted, and the per capita annual income of fruit farmers has increased by more than 2,000 yuan.
